Farid Foroughi is a writer and founder of The Trading Block, a unique fantasy basketball blog. Farid is also a color commentator of Men's Ivy League basketball games and broadcasts a sports radio show on WYBC AM 1340. Farid is a fan of both the Rockets and Lakers and is originally from the southern California area. Mike Yu is a Senior Writer of The Trading Block. Hailing from Chicago, Illinois, Mike is a diehard Bulls fan who grew up in the Jordan era. A veteran fantasy participant in basketball, football, and baseball, Mike has finished in the top 3 of 25 out of 52 Yahoo fantasy sports leagues (first in 11).
